YOU HAVE OPTIONS
Bridal and Grooms Suites are heated and air conditioned with plenty of mirrors, outlets, chairs, fast WiFi, coffee bar, TV, Roku, & an Xbox Unlimited Package.
1. Use lodge for bridal & groom suites. Use cottage for honeymoon night of wedding.
2. Use lodge for bridal suite and cottage for grooms suite.
Use our decor to decorate however you wish. Choose from large and small lanterns, led candles, cheese cloth table runners, round wood 1"-2" boards, jars, variety of roses, eucalyptus, flowers, glass goblets, dinner plates, dessert/salad plates, cutlery, sparkling gold chargers, metal drink bucket, coolers, chandelier, easel, wedding signs, Mr. & Mrs. Signs, Reserved signs, table number holders, chalk board signs for food, s'mores items, and an arbor.
Must not exceed allowed capacity for fire safety. The reception will be held outdoors with the option of renting a tent if needed. Taxes Not Included In Prices. Sales and use tax 9.75%. Overnight lodging tax 5%. All mentions of food is not included in pricing. Please read wedding details below.
Your first payment of $500 is the security deposit. This will reserve your wedding date and will be returned at the end of the wedding as long as no damages occur. If cancelling before 48 hours from time of booking, this will be refunded. Security deposit will not be refunded if cancellation occurs after 48 hours of initial booking this will not be refunded and will count towards the facility rental fee.
PAYMENT PLANS: Facility Rental Fee Payment can be broken up into 4 payments. At twelve months out, 25% of your balance will be due. At eight months 50% of remaining balance will be due. At four months, 75% will be due. Final payment is due exactly two months before wedding day. Facility rental fee is non refundable.
No hard liquor allowed. Champagne may be served for a toast in clear plastic cups or champagne glasses. No bottles or cans permitted. All other alcohol and liquor must be served by an Insured Licensed Bartender in clear plastic cups. The bar closes one hour before the music ends. All alcoholic beverages will be removed and placed in a secure location for removal from the premise. Alcohol may not be served to minors. Illegal substances are not allowed at any time on the premise. Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premise and possible termination of event without refund.
Confetti is prohibited.
Rice is prohibited,.
Sparklers are prohibited when fire warnings are in place.
All candles must be enclosed in glass. Flame not reaching higher than 2" below height of glass.
Balloons are permitted outdoors, but prohibited indoors. Confetti filled balloons are prohibited.
Flower petals are permitted outside with a $50 clean up fee.
Decorations may not be hung with tape, wire, adding nails or screws. You may use the nails and screws that are already in place. Must not make any permanent damage on any trees or buildings.
Amplified sound is permitted inside the lodge. Amplified sound is permitted outside the lodge at a moderate level and during daylight hours only. All music must end by 10 pm. At that time there will be one hour for clean-up and removal of rented decorations. You have the option of an outside DJ or musicians with prior permission.
We trust our preferred vendors to deliver amazing foods and will schedule a menu tasting and consultation after booking to ensure we carry out your vision to perfection. Outside Catering is permitted with prior approval.

Client(s), through Event Planner or Caterer shall maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance including Host Liquor liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Insurance shall name Peaceful Hills Retreat as additional insured. A certificate of insurance with endorsement must be provided 30 days prior.
Parking is free and there will be a golf cart to shuttle guests to the ceremony site if desired. Walking is not far as well.
A one hour ceremony rehearsal is included in the rental fee. Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner are included in price.
(Catering Not Included)
All Saturday events on Holiday weekends will include a fee of $300, plus tax. All Sunday events on Holiday weekends will be charged the rate for Saturday.
100 guests are included in the price.
Additional guests are allowed for a fee which will be paid no later than 14 days prior to the wedding day.
All children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times.
Maximum of 150 guests.
This venue uses live, video and still photography to assist with promotion of the venue. All photos taken at Peaceful Hills Retreat by your Photographer will also be the property of the estate also and will be used for promotional purposes.
The Facility rental fee is non refundable. If cancelling within 48 hours of booking the event, the security deposit of $500 will be refunded. If cancelling after 48 hours from the initial booking, there will be no refund and the security deposit will be forfeited for the time it was reserved.
We have our preferred caterer, who we love and trust to make your favorite foods and desserts.
